Welcome to Cackleberry Creative. By using this website or purchasing from this business, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

All handbags are handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind. Due to the handmade and repurposed nature of materials:

• Minor variations, imperfections, or unique fabric characteristics are part of the charm
• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
• Once an item is sold, it cannot be replicated exactly

Payment is required in full before items are shipped unless otherwise agreed upon. Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.

Cackleberry Creative reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Orders are shipped within 3 - 7 business days of completion via Canada Post, unless otherwise noted.

Once a package has been shipped, Cackleberry Creative is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not accept returns & exchanges. 

Should your purchase be damaged during shipping, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the original packaging. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Occasionally, Cackleberry Creative has home-raised corgi puppies for sale and all litters will be advertised on Kijiji

• Deposits are required to reserve a puppy.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Final payment must be completed before the puppy goes home.
• Puppies are raised in a loving home environment and placed with approved families.

Additional purchase agreements may be provided at time of reservation.

Cackleberry Creative is not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of products purchased through this website.
